Marriage success story

A MUST READ...
A Guy who has no job got married to a banker, despite his fears and several advices that it's not good to marry without a job.
Every month the girl would give the guy her full salary of #80,000 after removing her tithe. The guy would give the wife #20.000 for
personal upkeep and the guy determined what happened to the remaining money.
This happened for 3 good years.
There was happiness in the family and the wife never refused to
do her primary home duties for that 3 years, despite wrong advice from friends that 'you can't be paying the bills and still be doing all the work'.
There was a particular month the guy used about #50.000 to travel from region to region for different interviews.
He finally got a job with a good firm. His salary was #380,000 monthly for a start. He bought his first car (a brand new) for 2.2million naira he gave the wife the car key,& continued to take
public transport to work for about 3 years. Then he bought
the 2nd car for 4million took the keys of the first car & gave his wife the keys of the 2nd new car.
They eventually moved into their own house after few years. One day, the wife was looking for some documents. She stumbled on a file neatly hidden, when she opened it, she saw her wedding picture when she was very slim in the first page of the file. She then saw that the document the purchase of the land and every
other thing in the house were all written in her name!
At the last page was the husband's wedding picture and a note
written by him:
''MY WIFE IS ALL I HAVE GOT. NOT
EVEN THIS HOUSE WORTH 100 million AT THE TIME I BUILT IS MINE’’.
Tears started to roll down her eyes. This couple got married in 1998. Yesterday Sunday was their wedding anniversary, blessed with 3 children. True LOVE still exists till this day. Are you sure
the love you have for your partner can be compared to this one you just read?
No matter what remember you chose each other. It doesn't matter who puts food on the table or who pays the bills. Always know, NO
CONDITION IS PERMANENT.
Now I pray for all singles that reads this
that God will surely lead you to your destined life partner and u will never regret ur marriage IJN

Interview with the guy who made 100 million in 8 Months from bloging

made you want to start ViralNova in the first place? Did you think that a site like yours could be so lucrative at the time?

“I didn’t realize it would be this lucrative. Having just come off of selling another large site, I knew the power of Facebook and social traffic, but I didn’t think ViralNova would explode to this size. I had no idea it would spark so many imitators and ultimately change the way people are looking at headlines and virality. The reason I started it was simply to try to make some supplemental income while I traveled through Europe. I was bored not having a business, so I wanted to start something… and ViralNova is what I came up with.”

Did you have any mentors during your entrepreneurial journey? Do you feel like you need mentors in order to succeed?

“I didn’t have any direct mentors holding my hand along the way. I don’t think that’s as important as just always keeping an open mind, talking to as many people in the industry as possible, and striving to be the best. You definitely need to learn from others to succeed but an actual mentor? No, not really. Some of the best ideas you’ll ever have, however, will be sparked by a random conversation. So always keep your mind open and talk to other successful people every chance you get.”

You’ve been in the press a lot lately because you’ve been promoting ViralNova out to prospective buyers. You mentioned that you’d rather sell it and start something new. Is it safe to say that your main passion is to just be a serial entrepreneur?

“Definitely. My normal business lifespan is about 2 years. I like to work hard on a project and make it the best it can be, but after about 2 years, I get burnt out and want to exit. This time around, I’m feeling that so much quicker because this has grown so much faster than I ever expected and I have an overwhelming feeling that this just isn’t what I want to do with my life. I do love to start something new.”

Suppose you do manage to sell ViralNova, what would be your next steps after?

“Short term, I would be taking a couple of months off. No business, no computers. Long-term, I want to focus my productivity on personal things. I want to get back into amateur filmmaking, learn to play the piano, and enjoy my life away from the computer. I’m sure over time I will be drawn back to starting something new. What that is, though, I’m not sure.”

What are the biggest things you believe young aspiring entrepreneurs are doing that are holding them back from success?

“I think a lot of them are trying to re-invent the wheel. They’re trying to do too much too soon. All of my successes thus far have come from web properties I can run myself or with just a couple of freelancers to help out. You don’t need to make the next Facebook or Amazon… pick something you have a passion and talent for and own it.”

Your site reportedly generates six-figures in revenue per month and with only two other freelancers on your team, you pocket most of it. How has your life changed since you’ve become more financially successful? Do people treat you differently?

“I’m at risk of sounding very arrogant, but it’s been a few years since I’ve had to worry about money. That’s not the driving force behind ViralNova, so this has changed nothing for me in that regard. Until recently, no one knew who I was or what I’ve done. Since November when so much of my web “career” became public, no one seems to be treating me differently. I mean, I do get approached often from strangers looking for advice. But I don’t have high tastes and I live a very simple life. I have no interest in flaunting money, buying yachts, or living in mansions. I just want security for myself and those closest to me.”

Lastly, what is the most important lesson you’ve learned in your entrepreneurial experience so far?

“By far, the most important lesson I’ve learned is that money doesn’t make you happier. I know that the first response to that is, “Easy for you to say. You have money.” But that wasn’t always the case. I come from a hard-working, middle-class family and my first job out of college paid $17,000/year. I was equally happy then as I am now. The entrepreneurial drive isn’t about money; it’s about succeeding and creating something that people love. Those who go into it with money on their minds will likely be looking for the easiest route to riches and ultimately fail.”

How to Start a Blog

http://basnetg.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/how-to.png

How to Start a Blog

Blogging has gone through some changes over the years, with more blogs being created. The design and focus on a defined topic have been emphasized to improve the user experience. More attention is also being paid to search engine optimization of blogs and the content within. A niche blog focuses on a single subject matter and stays true to this. You may want to start a blog due to different reasons but ensure that you are adequately invested in the idea. For instance, you may be passionate about a certain subject matter and thus use a blog to share your thoughts and engage with other interested parties.
Steps in starting a Successful Niche Blog

After you decide to start a niche blog the first step is to decide on your preferred niche. As previously stated, a niche blog is focused on a specific subject. Ensure that you choose an engaging niche topic that you are passionate about. You will find it easy and simple to write about something you enjoy doing and thus have a lot to share on the blog. Deciding on the niche you want to focus on is the most important step in starting a blog.

Make use of your field of specialization if you have one. A successful niche blog requires a lot of specialized knowledge. You do not want your readers to come to your blog only to find general knowledge. So for blogging niche you will need to have superior knowledge of your niche. If you do not have special knowledge in that topic then you will be better served by conducting in depth research relevant to your niche. This can also be interesting to you if you enjoy learning more about you niche.

An important point to note when starting a blog is to ensure the longevity of that blog. When choosing your niche be sure to consider how long that topic will be relevant for. For instance, blogging about a current trend whose significance and relevance may fade is not recommended as you blog’s relevance will fade with it, and that may spell doom to your blogging career.

After you have decided on which niche you want to blog about, you will have to conduct keyword research on the same. Since you will be blogging about a specific subject go online and research on the common words that users will be using to search for your blog in search engines. It is recommended that you opt for long tail keywords as these have less competition and will be more specific to your blog.

Finally, before you launch you blog ensure that you have content that is ready to for posting. It is recommended that you have about ten articles ready, each with at least 500 words. These will be used to populate your blog in the initial stages so as to keep users interested by offering a lot of material as you research for more. You should also have different articles (not duplicates) to submit to online directories and other websites for indexing and backlinking purposes. This will promote your blog by creating awareness for your content as well as attract search engines to craw your site. As you will learn ranking in search engine result pages is vital for running a successful niche blog.

12 Things to Do After You’ve Written a New Blog Post

blog-post-to-do-listEditor’s note: Though much of the advice in this post still rings true today, some of the specific tools and techniques mentioned here are no longer supported by the companies that offered them. If you’d like additional guidance on how to optimize the performance of your blog posts, check out CMI’s Ultimate Blog Marketing Checklist: 57 Tips.
You’ve just finished writing a great new blog post. You’re excited that you’ve shared your ideas and expertise with the world. But what should you do next?
As we work with companies to develop a regular content marketing and social engagement routine, blogging is always key. A strong corporate blog can pay big dividends in the form of increased customer engagement and search engine rankings. But what many companies forget is the “marketing” part of content marketing.
UPDATE: Looking for more ideas? Check out 7 NEW Things to Do After You’ve Published a Blog Post.
Even Great Content Can Go Unnoticed
We would like to think after hitting “publish” on a new post that the seas will part, angels will sing and Moses will lead customers straight into our shopping carts.  But that’s obviously not going to happen.
In reality, the only people who know your post is there are you and your RSS subscribers. After a while, a search engine spider will come along and your post will begin jockeying for search-engine position among the thousands of other web pages related to that same topic. Sure, your post is probably groundbreaking, but Google might not figure that out for months.
Rather than rely solely on search engines and a handful of subscribers to pump up your organic volume, content publishers need to establish syndication connections and plan for some targeted promotion to ensure that each piece of content gets noticed by key influencers and your ideal customers.

Blog Post Promotional Tools: Your 12-Step Checklist

1. SEO / Keyword integration

Your content may be good as is, but a little keyword research and integration can have a big impact on search engine rankings and traffic. Scan through your content and pick out the main topics covered in your post. Plug those terms/phrases into Google Adwords’ free keyword suggestion tool. Take note of the most popular search terms and variations in phrasing and wording. Go back to your content and try to beef up your post title, content, meta description and tags with those popular terms/phrases.

2. Syndication

One of the most powerful and misunderstood mechanisms of a blog is its RSS feed. This really simple syndication method allows you to automatically feed your blog’s content to many different places, including many social networking sites.
Let me say that another way. When your RSS feed URL is plugged into your social networking sites or profiles, hitting “publish” on your new blog post initiates an automatic “push” of that content to those sites. This can significantly expand your reach and save you hours of time versus posting content manually.
Also note that this step is more of a one-time setup. Once you have established RSS connections on your social sites, you shouldn’t have to do it again. To get started, locate your blog’s RSS URL and plug that into the following:
Facebook Business Page – In your applications area, search for the “Social RSS” application and get it set up to publish your content to your Facebook page wall automatically.
LinkedIn Personal Profiles – Look for “Blog Link” or “WordPress” in the applications section on your profile page and set it up to auto-post your content to your LinkedIn profile. Don’t forget to tell all of your employees to do this too. If you have a lot of employees, the increase in your potential reach could be gigantic.
Plaxo – Although not as popular, Plaxo is another great business networking site that makes it really easy to “add a feed” and plug in your blog content automatically.
Ning Community Sites – If any of your fishing holes are built on the Ning platform, you can plug in your feed using the “Add RSS” widget included on your profile page.
Other Social Networking Sites – There are many other social sites that allow you to plug in your blog’s RSS feed. Scour your sites for this option.

3. Shorten your post’s URL

This step used to only apply to posting links on Twitter, but with the addition of analytics (click-through tracking) on many of the URL shortening services, posting a shortened URL on any of your social sites is a smart strategy.
Here’s how it works:
  • Copy your new blog post’s URL, paste it in a URL shortener that offers analytics (Bit.ly, Ow.ly, Cli.gs).
  • Use the shortened URL in any status update, link posting or teaser you plan on executing.
  • Check your URL shortener account for click stats, geographic and referring site data after your link has been up a while.

4. Status updates

While this one may seem pretty obvious, it’s not that simple. Sure, you could just type your blog post’s headline into all of your social site’s status boxes, include your shortened link and call it good. But this might not get you the most clicks.
Realize that each social site is a bit different (environment, social etiquette, audience demographics / psychographics). Tailoring your status/headline for each community could make a big difference.
You also need to remember that when you post your new content via a status update, only a small percentage of your friends/followers will actually be online at that moment to see it. To maximize the likelihood of your followers seeing and reading your new post, you may need to send multiple updates on different days and at different times. You’ll also want to use different headlines each time since you may get banned from Twitter for sending the same post multiple times.
If your content covers multiple topics, create a different status update for each topic and then spread those out over the course of a few days. Don’t forget to ask your followers to share or retweet the link.
Productivity Tip: There are many tools out there that allow you to set up and schedule your updates to go out anytime in the future (Hootsuite, Twuffer, Later Bro). I’ll often schedule four to five updates with different headline variations all at once to post throughout the week.

5. Content teasers on other sites

Most social networking sites and online forums allow content promotion as long as it’s valuable, relevant to the community, and not blatant self promotion. A few examples:
  • LinkedIn group forums
  • LinkedIn Answers
  • Facebook groups
  • Ning community group forums
  • Niche industry forums.
A great strategy is to write a compelling headline or question as your forum post title, then include some thoughtful commentary followed by your shortened URL. Lastly, ask for readers to provide feedback on the forum to continue the discussion.

6. Social bookmarking

While this technique doesn’t have the horsepower it used to, posting your content to popular social bookmarking sites (Digg, StumbleUpon, Delicious, etc.) can still be a great source of traffic, backlinks and overall exposure. Think of social bookmarking as peer-reviewed content. If others bookmark/digg your content, the more exposure you get and the more opportunity you have for others to link to you or reference your content on their sites.

7. Seek out and comment on other blogs with similar topics

Providing helpful, valuable comments on other blogs can be a great way to generate traffic, develop relationships, build a following and add backlinks. If you’ve just finished a blog post on a topic, now is the perfect time to do a quick search to find other blog posts on the same topic. Are the other posts lacking something that you covered in your post? Add your viewpoint in a genuine, non-self-promotional way. If the comment form asks for your website URL, paste in your blog URL.

8. Seek and assist on Twitter

Genuine assistance is one of the best ways to build a community of loyal Twitter followers. Let me use this post as an example. When it’s posted and I’ve created a shortened URL, I might jump on Twitter and do a search for a phrase like, “need help promoting my blog.” Scanning the resulting tweets will probably offer me several opportunities to help people who are reaching out for help. I reply to them with some genuine advice and the shortened URL. The result is often a new Twitter follower, a new subscriber to my blog and a blog comment. Then I get all warm and fuzzy inside…in an opportunistic kind of way.

9. Email signature

Another powerful little technique is to add your latest blog post headline to your email signature. Many email platforms now have nifty little apps (Wisestamp for Gmail) that will pull your latest blog post headline into your email signature automatically. Do it manually if you have to. You never know when a prospect, vendor or client might read a post that sparks a conversation or creates an opportunity.

10. Share your blog post with target customers

You’ve just created a blog post that you know would be beneficial for certain customers. What are you waiting for? Send them an email with the shortened URL and a note, “thought this could really help your business.” Then check the analytics to see if they clicked on it.

11. Add your blog post to your next e-newsletter

If you have an e-newsletter, you should be incorporating at least some of your blog content. Include a few post headlines/teasers and see which posts get the most clicks. You may just find that you need to do some follow-up blog posts on a topic that received a lot of clicks.

12. Ask other bloggers to mention your post

Building relationships with other bloggers in your space and asking them to blog about or link to your post can be a great way to expand your reach. Reciprocating promotional efforts can have a big payoff in the form of high-quality backlinks and big jumps in search engine rankings, blog traffic and subscribers.

A Most Read For Couples Who Hate Divorce

FOR COUPLES PLZ READ AND ACT ON THIS

FOR OUR MEN:
Carry your wife to the bed when she sleeps off in the sitting room, make her feel like a baby at times. The truth is, every woman wants to be treated like a 2yrs old girl at times, that's why women behave childish or silly at times.
You may have an argument with your wife and the next thing is that you will see her putting her bags outside the house, it doesn't mean she is asking for a divorce, she is just being childish, she simply wants you to hold her, look her in the eyes and say "I am sorry for the argument".

That's women for you. Every brother needs to study in the university of women before getting married, read books about them, learn what the Book of the lord says about them and you will hardly have a problem with them.
Though there may still be some challenges, because you're both from different background and your imperfections are bound to stand.
So, read books about marriage, an ideal home, child upbringing, importance of marriage and the likes. Don't just jump into marriage with an empty head about matrimony, you will have problems.

How many men can tolerate their wives nagging let alone shouting? It's said that, you should be quiet when your spouse is angry, when one person is fire, the other person should be water.
Brothers, when your wife steps on your feet intentionally or mistakenly, don't let your eyes turn red, just smile at her, if she did it intentionally, she is just playing with you, if she did it mistakenly, its not her fault. So why shout at her over every small mistake?

As a man learn to ignore some things, don't be petty. Some men are feminist; Do "hide and seek" with your wife, sing poems for your wife in the garden or inside the house, even if she is teasing you.
Assist her in the house chores, pound yam, fetch water, don't make her look like your maid. Bathe together, wake her up for prayers, swim with her if it's available, cook together, teach her how to cook if she doesn't know how to cook. Cooking is not the ticket to Paradise. It's not only a feminine duty.
Use blind folds to cover her eyes and tickle her, scare her at times, call her from work/ school, text her, write "I love you" in a small note and put it under her pillow or in her purse or in her bathroom or in her cosmetics box or inside her cupboard. Kiss her always, cuddle her, pamper her and play with her hair. Always tell her, she's beautiful and that you're happy to have her as your partner.

All these are part of being romantic...When a woman tells you that you are not romantic. It means you are not doing all these things, its not the romance in the bedroom she is talking about. That's why, you brothers have to study "women's language" it's a 10 year course.

FOR LADIES:

It is part of your duty to be romantic too. Your shyness shouldn't get to your marital life and that doesn't mean you should be shy to express your love to your husband.
Send sweet text messages to your husband at work, sometimes even if you are in the room discussing with your husband, still be chatting with him on social media (Facebook, Whatsapp, Viber, Imo, bbm etc) even though he is right in front of you, it's fun and romantic! Discuss how lovely he is on your facebook timeline, this will trip him a lot. You should be chatting with your husband, not other men on social media networks. Buy flowers for him. When eating, give him the biggest meat. At times, bake cake for him to surprise him. Ladies, use your soft voice to sing for him, be creative, a poem like (twinkle, twinkle lovely spouse, how I wonder what you are, up above my world so high, like a diamond in my heart).
Sing poems for him, no shyness is allowed. Don't just be welcoming your husband with an angry face because there is no money in the house, God is our provider. Don't welcome your husband with your body smelling maggi, don't only play with your husband when he receives his salary.
Welcome him with a warm hug always, and when he is going to work, pray to God to keep him safe and for him to be successful. Support him, advise him, wipe his tears, be grateful to him, it's not easy to be a man, when you see his faith waxing cold, encourage him, don't threaten him that you will seek for divorce, don't compare him with other men, buy him gifts, wash his clothes, sing for him, praise him in a way that he wouldn't think of an alternative, be the best cook, wash his car if u have the time, dress him up, pamper him when he is sick.
Wake him with a peck and don't complain about his snoring habit.
Let kiss be the messenger between you. Read books on intimacy, don't learn it from what you see in movies..Most of what you see there are not real. Call your husband pet names. Though you can also call him by his name even if he is 30yrs older than you, as far as he is comfortable with it.
Remember that, God said, men are the protectors and maintainers of women. So respect him and honour him even if he is younger than you. Marriage isn't a bed of roses but a bed of sacrifice. It's said that, there is nothing better for two people who love each other than marriage.
To fall in love is a disease and its cure is to marry the person one is in love with. Love is when you take away the feeling, the passion and the romance and you. find out you still care for that person.
Finally, married men, divide your nights into 3: one for yourself (sleeping), one for your wife and one for your Lord God.. That's the best night one can ever have. www.Oganews.com team introduces www.advicess.com to you thanks to you and we wish you happy love  life

HOW TO KEEP SHAPE LIKE GENEVIEVE NNAJI

Image result for genevieve nnaji
On an interview genevieve gave us clue to her astonishing shape all through this years
see for yourself
  • GENEVIEVE DOESN'T DIE.
While I recommend sticking to an 80/20 nutrition plan, ultimately, the key to staying fit and eating healthy is learning to listen to your body. What makes you feel good? What keeps you feeling full and energized throughout the day? What helps you kick ass during your workouts? What keeps you feeling and looking fit?
If you learn to answer these questions for yourself, you’ll soon be on the road to embracing healthy eating as a lifestyle, not following every new diet that comes along. Said Genevieve
Image result for genevieve nnaji eating

    • GENEVIEVE find a way to enjoy exercise.

Because more often than not, fit people find a way to actually enjoy—and even look forward to—their workouts.
And while that may not always mean they’re excited to lace up their sneakers and go for a run on a rainy day, it does mean that they like the feeling of being fit and value that more than their desire to sit on the couch.
If you really hate to exercise, the problem may be with your workout, not you.
Image result for genevieve nnaji RUNNING
      •  She prioritize her health and fitness.

While most people let work, family, social engagements and other priorities get in the way of exercise she dosen't, really fit people make exercise a priority no matter what.
Yes, this may mean having to get up 15 minutes earlier when you’d rather be sleeping, working out on vacation, or fitting in a workout even when your life seems busier than you can handle. But once you build up the habit, it actually becomes harder to not exercise because you become so used to prioritizing it in your life.

      •  They get a lot of sleep.

If you still think being fit is only about how often you work out, you need to think again. Because one of the top things fit people do to stay healthy and fit isn’t exercise based at all—it’s sleep.
Not only does sleep give you the energy you need to work out on a regular basis, it also helps regulate your metabolism, repair your muscles, boost your athletic performance and more.
Aim for at least 7-8 hours each night, and you’ll be a healthier, fitter and a happier person overall.
